Terms and Conditions – SLEEP INN B&B

Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and stays at SLEEP INN B&B in Belgium.

Booking
Reservations are made via our online contact form and become valid only after payment has been received.

​

Payment

• Payment is made by bank transfer.

• ​A deposit of at least 50% of the total booking amount must be received in our account no later than 2 days after receipt of the booking confirmation.

• If payment is not received in time, the reservation will be cancelled automatically

​

Cancellation

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.

• After this period, 30% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Check-in / Check-out
Check-in from 2:00 p.m., check-out until 10:00 a.m.

Liability
SLEEP INN B&B is not liable for loss or damage to valuables unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

​

Applicable Law
Belgian law applies. Jurisdiction is the location of the accommodation.
